Acella Construction managed interior renovation:
- 4,400 s/f demolition and remodel of space to function as open office for busy, high-end design firm. This 35,000 s/f “jewel” office building, in Boston’s Financial District, was built in the late 1800s, and was the home of the Harvard Club between 1950 and 1970.
- Original architectural details, including trim work and coffered ceiling, were replicated and retained while incorporating new linear slot diffusers, acoustical ceiling tiles, new lighting fixtures, interior finishes, carpet tiles, and Surface Raceway, surface-mounted wire molding.
- Scope included open office space, material library, conference rooms, kitchenette and reception area with A/V power and data and new appliances.
